Customer service LACKS at this urgent care. Not only the front office staff, or MA's, but also from some of the Dr's & especially PA, Kam Wong. He is rude & I incompetent. If you dare ask any questions, he responds in a condescending manner. His own words, "I can't answer your question. I just wouldn't know how to answer you. " Why is he even here practicing medicine? The majority of the times I come here, they take in others before us and we're here for over an hour or two. This place was empty today. Only one person before us and then someone else came in a while later only to be seen first. I brought it up, and all I hear is "you'll be next". No accountability, no professionalism, no empathy. They give the vibe like <It is, what it is. We don't care about your concerns or feedback.>. I've been here since 4:14pm. It's now 6:31pm and still waiting. 😤. I would understand if it was busy, but it's not. Unreal!!! The only Dr. we really like a lot here is Dr. Varma. Unfortunately, she isn't here today. She knows how to treat her patients. You can tell she likes her job. The rest seem miserable and they make your visit here just as they appear to be. If you decide to come

Kam Wng, P.A., is the most incompetent medical professional I have ever encountered. I reported chronic pain from what may have been a physical injury, and requested a specific treatment, which was denied, and that's fine. What troubles me is that the PA did not do any further testing, such as a physical evaluation or order a test. I had to request to be seen by another person, who thankfully was competent. However, all things considered I would probably never go here again.

I’ve been there several times either for me or my family. They are quick, efficient and thorough. I’ve been to other urgent care centers and this is my favorite.

I am a new patient to Lakeside Community Healthcare; and after struggling finding a good healthcare, I have found this place that motivated me to believe in healthcare again. Lakeside Community Healthcare staff members are very compassionate with their patients. I am so blessed to finally find a good place where I can be treated with dignity!!! Thank you Lakeside Community Healthcare!!!

The staff is patient and understanding. They acted professionally as a patient demanded treatment that is not done at the care center. They calmly answered the patients questions and honestly responded to requests that could not be granted. They dignified the patients requests, and encouraged the patient to follow procedural direction to fill out the appropriate forms in order to be seen by the doctor. In this day and age it's hard to find empathy or sympathy. In heath care it is critical. It's great to see that the level of care exists today.
